A little while later the gang arrive where the devil is
And see very weird purple goo

The purple goo begins to move

Yuno and Patry try to use their magic
Yuno; it's absorbing our spells
A bit of goo falls on Ryu's shoulder and it notices it really hurts and leaves a very gross looking spot on his arm
Ryu: alright guys it's not stopping let's go
Patry and Yuno: right
Yuno and patry uses their magic again on it but it doesn't work and asta throws Raya and mimosa out of the way
Asta: gotcha
But he ends up getting completely covered in the devil goo
Yuno: ASTA
Ryu: NOO
But a few seconds later asta cuts out of it
Asta: AHH THOUGHT THAT WOULD'VE KILLED ME FOR SURE
Yuno: guess it didn't feel like swallowing a loser with no magic
Patry: this is so bizarre
Asta; I'M FINE BY THE WAY
