Legendarium (n): A literary collection of legends

There are so many stories to be told from all the ages of Middle Earth. In the text, Tolkien only gives us a taste of the lives of so many, sometimes through a poem, sometimes through a name drop. Even in the lives of the heroes we know and love best, there are unspoken moments just waiting to be written.

What started in 2017 as seven stories for seven days for Fëanorian Week soon morphed into a collection of unspoken moments from across the legendarium.

I invite you all, whether you know the lore backwards and forwards, or are new to the world of Tolkien, to take a look inside.

You'll find that many of these tales are sad. But very few are despairing. They are stories of war, of death, of life, of recovery. They are stories of brothers, of lovers.

Many are a little glimpse of eucatastrophe.
