"I'll get you a pet, but only on the condition that you promise to behave and follow the rules at Hogwarts."

Y/N rolled her eyes in a playful manner, knowing her mother had her best interests at heart. "Oh, alright, fine. I promise to behave," Y/N declared, trying to suppress a mischievous grin.

Amaryllis extended her pinky, a gesture of trust and motherly love. Y/N understood the significance and reached out, interlocking her pinky with Amaryllis's, sealing their agreement in an unbreakable pinky promise.

"I want a cat," Y/N stated firmly, her eyes shining with excitement, knowing that her mother would consider her request seriously.

"A cat it is," Amaryllis replied warmly, her heart swelling with love for her daughter and her willingness to embrace new adventures.

And so, as the private jet continued its journey towards their magical destination, the excitement of Hogwarts and the prospect of a new furry companion filled the air with anticipation.

Y/N couldn't wait to explore the magical world that awaited her, with her caring mother, Amaryllis, by her side, and now, the promise of a faithful feline friend to share in the adventure.

Stepping out of the private jet, Y/N and Amaryllis were swiftly guided through the airport by an attendant who efficiently led them to a waiting chauffeur. The chauffeur had already loaded their luggage into the trunk of a sleek, black car, ready to transport them to their next destination. With a sense of anticipation, they both climbed into the comfortable backseat, ready for the magical adventure that lay ahead.

As the car glided through the city, Y/N couldn't contain her curiosity. "Where's Diagon Alley?" she asked, peering at her phone's GPS app. "I don't see it here," she deadpanned, puzzled by the apparent absence of such a renowned magical location.

Amaryllis couldn't help but chuckle at her daughter's bewilderment. "That's cause you're using a No-Maj object, silly," she replied with a knowing smile, enjoying the mystery that surrounded their upcoming visit to Diagon Alley.

While Y/N scrolled through her phone, she received a picture sent by her mother, capturing a piece of essential information. Reading it aloud, she discovered the list of items all students must have for their magical education, including a standard size 2 pewter cauldron. The image also mentioned the option to bring an owl, a cat, or a toad as a magical pet.

Raising an eyebrow, Y/N looked at Amaryllis curiously. "Are you sure this is in London?" she inquired, surprised by the magical elements described in the list.

Amaryllis grinned mischievously, giving a cryptic response. "If you know where to go," she said, leaving Y/N even more intrigued by the mysterious world that awaited her.

Closing her phone, Y/N noticed the car parking in a random parking lot. She rolled down the window, taking in her surroundings. It was then that she murmured to herself, "Creaky Cauldron?" The familiarity of the name sparked a realization in her mind.

Amaryllis nodded approvingly. "That's right," she confirmed, pleased that her daughter had recognized the name. "The entrance to Diagon Alley is hidden within the Creaky Cauldron. It's one of the many wonders of the magical world," she explained.

As Y/N and Amaryllis emerged from the car and approached the door, Y/N couldn't help but grumble, "America is much simpler." The process of stepping into this new and mysterious world felt overwhelming, and she longed for the familiar simplicity of her homeland. Amaryllis chuckled warmly in response.

The door creaked open as they entered, revealing a room filled with people whose gazes turned to them, causing the room to fall into a hushed silence. The attention was palpable, and Y/N felt a mix of excitement and nervousness at being the center of such curiosity.
