Flashback; 7 years ago,

"..Happy birthday to you Yeonjunnie
Happy Birthday to you... congratulations you turned 12"

"Hmm"

"Why sad? Didn't Aunty called you?"

He shook his head, "you're lucky Minjiahh, your parents are always with you... and mine... probably thay forgot about my birthday"

"Don't be sad Junnie", she patted his back, "my mom asked you for dinner with us today, we'll celebrate a small party together", she flashed a bright smile as he smiled back while looking into her eyes.

His heart fluttered at the same way her do but neither of them dared to say anything, may be it's not the time, may be they still have much to face, after all they're still 12.

Back to present,

"Happy birthday bro", Yeonjun said while giving Jung Ji Hyun a light hug.

"Thank you for coming Yeonjun, come in I'll meet you with my other friends and cousins"

"Yeah"

"Meet her she's Esther my cousin from Incheon"

Yeonjun bowed as she did the same. He looked at her face, she is the true definition of beauty, her eyes, nose, lips, hair everything just perfect.

"I am Choi Yeonjun", and she smiled.

"She's really good at singing and she's moving to Seoul in some days"

"Oh really?", Yeonjun asked.

"Yeah and she'll join our music club too", Ji Hyun told.

"That's nice, I'll make sure she can join.. I'll request Mr. Min", Yeonjun smiled.

"Oh you don't have to concern about me, I am really feeling bad to bother you", Esther pursed her lips.

Yeonjun admired her face looking into her eyes, her milky cheeks flashed a tint of pinkish as she smiled at him.

"Let's enjoy the party", Ji Hyun said.

"Hmm it's 10 PM already... I guess he still didn't returned", Minji mumbled while looking at Yeonjun's house through her window.

"I guess he's having fun so much", she said sadly.

"But I should not be sad. He also has a life to live, I can't be a hindrance to his life... I should sleep now"

She came back to her room as her eyes fell on something.

A plushie of fox.

She chuckled herself.

Flashback; 10 years ago,

"And this is your present", Yeonjun gave her a plushie of fox while jumping.

"What?", she giggled, "this plushie looks like you"

"Not at all, I am more handsome", he pouted.

"The eyes are same"

"Did you just told me a fox?"

"Umm I'm not sure"

"Then you're a hamster"

"Yahh"

"Yeonjun, Minji come here dinner is ready"

"I'll fight with you later, I'm hungry now", Yeonjun said and went to the dinner table.

Little Minji took a marker and wrote 'Yeonjunnie' on the plushie.

Back to present,

"And he cried all day I can remember", she chuckled herself..."Really he was a crybaby then", she smiled little, "fate changes too fast I guess"

She unlocked her phone and dialed a number.

"WAe?"

"What wae? When are you coming?"

Ofcource she called Yeonjun, she doesn't have any other friends except him.

"JUst 10 miNutes, I'm abOut to lEave"

"One second. Are you drunk?"

"NoT thaT mUch"

"Yahh come back quickly"

She hung up the call. Concern spread all over her face, she knows him very well. It's not like his first time drinking but whenever he drank she was with him. He can't tolerate alcohol that well.

Anything can happen, what if he tripped and fall on busy road or- she can't think of anything horrible as once he was in danger because of this, she took her jacket and went out of her house.

She looked here and there so if any drunk guy is passing or not but then she noticed.

"Yeonjun"

The guy she was searching, but another girl was beside him holding him by his shoulders to make him stand, his head was hanging low and he was standing with the help of the girl.

Minji couldn't think of anything, she knew Yeonjun was not in his senses and she told herself that it is just a girl helping him but deep down her heart was thumping against her chest.

She doesn't know why?
