Shehnaaz spoke the words softly in a very concerned voice because at this moment she was not sure how she would care about Siddharth. Shehnaz is the first in this life to fall into such a situation. On the other hand, Siddharth's fever increased

Shehnaaz did a google search and figured something out and wet the towel and put it on Siddharth's head again and again.

After doing this for some time, she saw that Siddhartha's body temperature had decreased a little

Shehnaaz pondered the words in her mind as Siddharth was lying in Shehnaaz's lap and he was sleeping soundly if Shehnaaz got up Siddharth could have woken up so she didn't want to take that risk
