Cloud's PoV
"You should know your boundaries at this point Jewel, lagi na lang kitang sinusundong lasing ano ba, umayos ka-"
I faced her while scolding her but she kissed me the moment I did.
"Jewel..."
"I love you"
"W-what?"
"I love you, Cloud"
"Jewel, lasing ka lang"
"No. I love you."
"Matulog ka na" sambit ko na lang laying her to bed bago lumabas. She fcking kissed me.
We've been friends since high school at oo... matagal ko na siyang gusto. That's why I was so shocked when she kissed me.
"She's just drunk" sambit ko sa sarili ko bago ako nag-asikaso ng pagkain. Inumaga na naman kasi siya sa bar. So technically, I haven't had breakfast yet.
She's staying at her condo unit at ako lang nakakaalam ng passcode dito. Same goes for my unit, she's the only one who can come by without permission.
I looked around and as usual, her place is a mess.
"Babae ba talaga tong taong to? Tsk" sambit ko sa sarili ko before I finished up my breakfast sandwich and started to tidy up her unit.
"Lucas!!! Lucaaaas!!"
I was busy cleaning up when I heard her shout her ex's name.
"Lasing ka lang talaga kanina" sambit ko na lang. She tends to sleep talk a lot kaya hindi na ko nagulat, including her calling his name out. It's always like that. Lalo na hiniwalayan siya ng gagong yun last month. Halos araw araw na nasa bar tong si Jewel dahil dun. He cheated on her and he doesn't even give a fck anymore.

"Cloud!" Pagtawag saken ni Jewel
"Oh ano lasinggera?"

"Hinatid ba ko ni Lucas? Kahit sa kotse mo lang?"
"Tanga ka? Bat ka ihahatid non?" Diretsong sagot ko. She called him several times pero ni anino hindi naman nagpakita kaya inuwi ko na siya
"Nagtatanong lang! Sungit che"
"Okay na? Ha? Busy pa ko"
"Oo na hmp!"

"Cloud!" Sambit niya clinging on to me sa restaurant

"Gusto ko dessert please?" Sambit niya sabay puppy eyes saken
Ako naman tong si tanga paniwalang paniwala not knowing Lucas was there all this time, watching us... or watching her make a fool of herself
Unti unti akong nahuhulog pero siya unti unti namang lumalayo para habulin yung taong kahit kelan di naman siya makikita
