- He hides behind your large wings when he is too anxious to talk to other people (almost always haha) and even cut himself several times because of it, but he won't show it unless you make him. Tamaki knows how you feel when you accidentally hurt people and doesn't want to make you feel bad :(
"I'm sorry, Tama." You said as you helped him clean his wounds. They were small ones, mostly on his hands, and you felt so sorry for having hurt him that you couldn't bear looking him in the face, so you kept your attention on the cuts instead.
"I-It's not your fault, Y/N!" He said, nervous.
"It was my wings that cut you, of course it's my fault!" And "I should've known this would happen, I'm always hurting you." Your face even sadder than before.
In a burst of courage, he held your hands together and made you look up to him. His face was all red as he struggled to maintain eye contact. But this time he didn't hide.
"It's not your fault! Y-You know how much I l-love your wings, that's why I'm always n-near them!"
You could see how serious he was being about it.
Tamaki kept saying how much he adored you and your wings and that they made him feel safe, as well as how beautiful they were. He thought you were incredible, a silver angel, his angel.
This was one of the few times he decided to fight his anxiety and shyness to really say how he feels about you. The boy was a heap of mumbles and stutters and was all red too, but you just thought he was your sweet boyfriend.
You ended up kissing all his wounds to properly apologize and thank him for being this lovely boy of yours.
- He tried not to hide behind you too much after that :)
