"The hell she doing here?" August scrunched up her face. I open my mouth to speak but the knot in my throat was to big to talk. Roc just stood there dazed when he saw me, I did the same. I didn't imagine this is what seeing Roc would be like after so long. I imagined me walking up to him and slapping the living daylights out of him. I didn't want to be standing there like a dear in the headlights. August noticed me staring at Roc and him at me, She snickered, Walked up to Roc and tongue kissed him. I couldn't take anymore so I grabbed my bags and walked out. (In My Room) I laid in my bad replaying their kiss over and over again.I don't know why, I'd seen them kiss before and i wondered why Roc stared at me like that, He'd seen me before and had no trouble looking at me or telling me we were over. "Knock, Knock, Knock" A soft voice called from outside my door. "Come in" I said. The door swung open. Brittney, Rashia, Tiffany and Shante filed in. "Its all my fault! I'll pay for a plane ticket back if you want?" Brittney said as her eyes teared. "No need to cry boo. I know you were just trying to make me feel better.." She smiled. Rashia's phone rang, She smiled immediately. "Must be her boy toy!" We all giggled. "Sure is" She said before steeping out the door. A few minutes later she came back in and announced her boy toy is at Red Lobster and wants us all to come. I was happy and all but super worried. Because i knew Roc would be there. I guess Tiffany saw the worry on my face. " Aw. Kayla, Are you not going to go?" I thought for minute. " I really want to meet your boyfriend but i don't know if i can deal with Roc and August all night.." I looked down. " Well of course you can boo but for only one reason, lets make this ***** jealous as ****!" I smiled and said with perk,"LEGGO!" - Getting ready for dinner party - In my mind making a boy jealous involves: boobs showing, pretty hair, glossy lip gloss, and short black dress. So far I've completed all of these but i still didnt feel right... maybe i didnt want to make Roc jealous or maybe i felt like i couldn't possibly make him jealous. Gah! I shock my head, i had to rid of those thoughts. - On our way our way to dinner - As I walked to limo i saw Josh stare but didn't say anything, must have still been startled from me snapping earlier. "Look Josh I'm sorry I snapped earlier I was just under a lot of stress." He smiled. "Its okay... Boo" I smiled and got into the limo. " Oh shoot now! Kayla looking sexy!" I smiled. "Thank you! You look pretty good yourself!" Shante smiled and put her hand on her Hips. " I do, Dont I?" We all laughed."Im so happy to finally meet this mystery man!" Brittney smiled. " I am too! I think yall are going to love him." Rashia replied. The trip to dinner wasn't long. That was a bad thing for me, I tried to act as up beat as possible but all I could think about is seeing Roc. (At Red Lobster) This was a REALLY nice place. I'd never been to one before, because of my dad and his abusive ways. The garlic aroma filled the hallway. Yummy, I cant wait to eat some lobster! I had almost forgot about Roc when August came snickered. " Mmmhm, I wish they would have told you.." Tiffany grumbled. We all burst out laughing. She scowled and walked into the bathroom. "What a *****, I wondered what Roc saw in her?" I shook my head. "He saw the money if he d-" Shante started ranting on about something but was stopped by Tiffany hitting her in the arm. "What are talking about?" I asked but they acted like they didnt hear me. "Oh look there is my boy!" She said in a relived tone and pointed to the back of the restaurant. They all started walking to the back but I trailed behind still wondering what she was talking about. Something was fish and I did not like it! When I reached out table everyone was hugging and shaking hands. "Kayla! This my boyfriend, Jacob Latimore!" I smiled and hugged. "Hey! Nice to meet you!" He smiled. Wow, Nice one Rashia. He was fineee! I gave her that look. The one that says Good one! And she nodded and said "Told you..: I laughed. All the boys were there, They came and hugged me. I didnt see Roc though... Wait? I looked at the end of the table and saw him. Staring, At me with his mouth wide open. *POW
