"STAY AWAY FROM MY COUSIN!!!" Lindsey kept screaming.

"You can't make me stay away from my girl." Vinnie glared, squinting his eyes. "I highly suggest you back up and leave us alone."

"NO! I'LL CALL THE COPS."

"Of course, you would. Because you're fucking scared." Vinnie turned back to Mirra. "Remember that knife by your bed?"

"Uhhh....yeah.." Mirra mumbles.

"Can you go get it for me? Please?" He asked.

"What??? A knife?" Lindsey freaked.

"Okay." Mirra nods slowly.

"It's under the pillow on my side of the bed." Vinnie tells her.

Lindsey probably would have started choking on air but instead she screamed more when Mirra ran off to the bedroom. Where she found the knife exactly where Vinnie said it was. When she returned to Vinnie's side. He held out his hand.

"You wouldn't." Lindsey said to Mirra.

"It's not that I do and don't." Mirra spoke. "If you call the cops, you're not just letting the cops arrest my boyfriend. They'll be here for me too."

Taking a deep breath, Mirra placed the knife into the palm of Vinnie's hand, wrapping his fingers around the handle part.

"Mirra...." Lindsey was disappointed.

"Back the fuck up." Vinnie pointed the knife out towards Lindsey. "You're not separating us. I'm not hurting anyone by staying here."

"You don't belong here, and you don't belong with my cousin." Lindsey replied. "And I will do anything to make sure she's safe."

"Safe from what?" Vinnie took a step closer. "She's perfectly safe with me."

"No, she's not."

"I don't have time for this stupid argument with you." Vinnie shook his head.

Lindsey froze in her tracks when Vinnie finally reached her. He grabbed her in one swift motion and held the knife to her. Reminding Mirra of the time they first met. It felt different than it does now. Lindsey let out a huge scream, causing Flynn to make a mad dash up the stairs.

"DON'T KILL ME!" She cried out.

"I wasn't going to do that." Vinnie laughed, throwing her down in front of Flynn's feet. "Ooh, you want a piece of me now pretty boy? Come get me." He smirked. "I can take you out too."

Flynn growled. "Two can play at this game. Don't mess with my wife."

"Totally not scared." Vinnie rolled his eyes as Flynn dashed around Lindsey and jumped onto his back. That wasn't that much of an issue for him though, he just spun out and knocked him off his back, slamming him against the wall next to Lindsey "You're gonna have to try better than that bro."

Mirra was in complete shock this was even happening. She was afraid of this taking place. Flynn slowly had started to get up, but Lindsey stopped him. "No, babe. Just wait a second. We need to call the police. We have to get Mirra away from this guy. He's crazy."

"Do you have your phone?" Flynn asked her.

"Yeah. It's in my purse." Lindsey nods.

"Where is it?"

"I think it fell down the stairs."

Flynn turned to look for the purse. It had fallen to the very bottom of the stairs. "Carefully, let's sneak back down the stairs and we can make the call. Long as he distracted by Mirra. He won't us slipping away."

"I hope you're right Flynn." Lindsey sighed.

While the two of them slipped down the staircase. Vinnie was turned to Mirra.

"Are you okay. Baby girl?"

"I feel like I'm going to be sick." She tried not to cry.

"I know baby I know." He walked over, putting the knife in his back pocket before putting his arms around her. "You're going to be okay; I promise you that."

"It's not me that I'm worried about." She cried into his chest.

"I know." He held onto her tightly. "You have to listen to me. I know their probably calling the force now, so soon you hear those sirens, I want you to run. I don't care where you go but keep going."

"But Vinnie, I can't leave you behind." She just cried.

"I'll be okay. I will find you again. I promise. This isn't end of us. It's just the start." He pulled her chin up from his chest. "I love you Mirra. I'm not throwing any of this away, even over a stupid call  to the police."

Vinnie wiped away the tears of Mirra's face.

"I love you too Vinnie. I'm in this forever. My ride or die."

"That's my girl." He kissed her. Mirra kissed back, still feeling all the sparks between them. "Before we have to go our different ways. I wanna give you something."

"Like what?"

Vinnie let go of Mirra for a second, to take off the necklace that he wore around his neck. Which it was kind of ironic that the necklace was a chain with handcuffs on the end of it where they cuffed together. Mirra watched him as he placed the necklace around her neck.

"Your necklace? Really Vinnie. You don't have to do that." She gasped.

"Keep it. I'll always be with you that way until we're together again." He stayed stronger for her because it wasn't much longer when the two of them heard the sirens in the distance.
