You were 7 years old.

You loved skateboarding.

You were already in 9th grade and in high school.

Tony Stark was your dad.

One day, on the weekend, you were drawing.

You spent two hours sitting and drawing.

Tony was in the lab.

Once you were done, you skated, on your skateboard, to Tony.

"Hey, dad, look what I-" you started.

"I'm busy," he told you, right away, "I don't have time for this."

Your face gained a sad expression.

You skated out of the room with your drawing and almost rode right into Bucky.

"Mr. Barnes!" You smiled, "Do you wanna see my drawing?"

Bucky's face lit up, as you got of your skateboard.

"Of course, baby doll," he smiled, like a proud parent would.

You showed him this:

"I drew you, Mr. Barnes," you giggled.

"That's beautiful, baby doll," he chuckled, picking you up, and hugging you.

"Thanks, Mr. Barnes," you said, "I wish you were my dad, instead. My dad just yells at me. But, you're super strong and nice, Mr. Barnes. And you're handsome, my dad's not."

You touched his muscles in a childlike way, when you said he was strong.

"You and I both know that that can't happen," he chuckled.

"Why not?" You asked innocently, "I thought kids were supposed to live with people who love them."

"Your dad does love you," Bucky replied, "He..."

Bucky struggled to find words.

"See? That's why you should be my dad," you said.

Bucky set you down.

"Wanna go on a ride with me?" He asked.

"To where?" You smiled.

"Just around," you smiled.

"I'll go ask Mr. Stark," you sighed.

You skated back to Tony's lab.

"What did I tell you!? I'm busy-" Tony started.

"Can I go with Mr. Barnes?" You asked.

"Yeah, I don't care, just leave me alone," Tony sighed.

You skated back out.

"He said Yes," you smiled.

You were wearing your PJs.

"Wanna put something warmer on?" Bucky asked, "It's kinda cold out."
