As for the first chapter I just have to delete a few sentences, but the second chapter's tension depends entirely upon it. I wanted to add this because I thought it would be interesting to show her sort of walking on eggshells.
Also, I realized that Maple has some major Mary Sue vibes. The entire plot is haphazardly rebuilt around her as I try to find a way to make her even practical or keep her out of danger. If she didn't have the author here on her side, she would be not only dead but obscure.
*cries*
Oh, nevermind, I'll just make some sliiight modifications. Like having Aether and Nahida improve on Dendro Internet instead of just shutting it down.
