I wanted to go over something before the story actually begins to help keep confusion in the readers from popping up. in my story the Earth Kingdom as a unified country as yet to be, so people simply refer to it as the "Earthlands" when referring to ye continent as a whole I know it wasn't the most creative name but I thought it fit.
