And I did the only thing I could think of.

I kicked him where the sun doesn't shine.

"Ehh what the hell Aarohi," he said clutching that area and trying to stand on the floor.

"I was just joking! Are you mad why did you kick me there?!" He shouted in pain.

"Serves you right! Who told you to do this type of prank?" I folded my hands.

"Ahh! My future kids" he groaned.

Ignoring him I moved towards the fridge.

"Ghar me kuch thanda hai kya?" I asked opening the fridge.
(Is there anything cold in the house?)

It's getting really hot these days summer is nearing.

"Mere dukh ki Khushi manani hai kya tujhe?" he said stopping his whining coming towards the fridge.

We collected all the stuff we could find in his house and went into the living room.

His house was a mess by now. We both were literally spread on the couch with the packets of wafers and cold drinks surrounding us.

"When are your parents going to be back ?" I asked munching on chips.

"Don't know, maybe tomorrow" he said sipping his coke.

"Are they mostly out?"

"Yeah most of the time," he said casually

Well, my dad also used to be out most of the time for business. But Raj's both parents are out.

How must he feel all alone?

"Do you know where this Riya lives?" He asked looking at me suddenly.

"Ye-ah" I looked at him skeptically.

What is he planning to do?

"Perfect!" Saying this he jumped out of the couch turning towards I don't know where.

I munched on my chips in the meantime waiting for him.

After a few minutes, I saw a coming out zipping a bag.

"Come on let's go!" He said grabbing his jacket from the couch.

"Uhh go where?"

"To your bestfriends house offcourse"

"Do you mean Riya?" I asked while keeping all the stuff away from my lap.

"Yes come fast we have to go on a mission!" he said jumping on his one leg while wearing one shoe.

"What? But why!" I couldn't even think of anything because Raj dragged me with him without answering my questions.
