Keonhee's POV
Between the blinding strobe lights and near deafening music filling the room, along with the sea of sweaty bodies pressing together and dancing albeit poorly to the beat I stick out like a sore thumb clearly not the type to frequent these types of venues with today being a rare exception. The ache and blinding rage in my heart had overtaken my sense of reason and lead me to this venue with the desire to feel the burn of alcohol down my throat in an attempt to numb my racing emotions and if I was lucky maybe even end up with amnesia .
The image of his body pressed against another in our bed is still etched far too clearly in my brain as I down my third glass of whiskey praying it will fade away into nothing. Not caring if I look like a mess between my disheveled attire, the makeup running down my face, and my ruffled hair.
"Hi beautiful," A male speaks up from beside me pulling me ever so abruptly from my thoughts as my eyes glance over the beautiful slightly tanned male pulling out the stool beside me to join me at the bar. The man's deep brown eyes sparkle with curiosity and his jet black hair frames his face in a way that leaves me almost breathless. Not to mention the way his deep red button down shirt and and black slacks leave little to the imagination pulled taught over his muscular frame in a way that would pull anyone in.
"So what has a pretty boy like you wandering into a place like this, Correct me if I'm wrong but you don't seem like the type to frequent a place like this?" The male asks gently and I can't help the dry laugh that stifles past my lips as I maul over the idea of venting to this random attractive stranger in the middle of the club I'd never been to before tonight. The males gaze explores my figure as I gather my thoughts and the words 'fuck it' cross my mind as I finally speak up.
"I just caught my now ex boyfriend cheating on me with my now ex best friend," I reply sighing deeply as an ache fills my chest the image of what I had stumbled into an hour ago flashing into my mind once more. The male beside me offers a sad yet understanding smile before speaking up.
"Some people truly just don't know how to appreciate what they have," he sighs shaking his head as he speaks and I find myself smiling slightly at this stranger who decided to sit beside me.
"Could I get your name?" I question the man hesitantly realizing we had skipped over any form of introductions.
"Oh shit, sorry, I totally forgot to introduce myself earlier. I'm Seoho, and you are?" Seoho chuckles awkwardly rubbing the back of his head.
