Though there are some undercurrents between Chidambaram, Vetri and Surya, they all tacitly agree to bury the hatchet and get along as much as they can for the sake of the new generation.

Later that night, Abi and Vetri are sitting on the oonjal, leaning on each other.

Let's leave them alone enjoying their private time which will be lesser and lesser as their family grows.

In the years to come Vetri becomes a successful politician and a big brother and guide to many who lost their way along. One day the post of chief minister will be his, because he is Vetrichelvan and not Tholvichelvan. Abinaya takes up policy making and in all the departments she works in, she works hard to make a difference. Now that both Vetri and Abi are more aligned towards same goals, they do work together in their own style. They work hard to achieve their life ambition – to leave the world better than they found it.

Sudar! She is a firecracker and is a curious mix of herself, her father and mother as any child is. She and her brother (yes) keep their parents and uncles and aunts and grandparents on their toes but always bring joy to them.
