Appearance:
Winter is a 12-year-old slim female with short white hair, blue eyes, and pale skin. She stands at a height of 5'1 and weighs a bit more than an average female her age and is slightly taller. She is often seen wearing a white jacket with red flowers on it, a black shirt underneath, and primarily white or grey pants, as well as red sketchers.
As a Skitty, she is a quadrupedal feline with a short stumpy body and four short legs. On her face, yellow color crescent-shaped marking. She has slit-like ears and stuffed ears with dark purple interiors. She has a slender tail with a bulky peach section at the end, terminated by three pin-like structures with white ball-like tips.
Personality:
Winter is a kind and quiet girl who likes to keep to herself. She has an intense hatred for people who pick on other kids for no reason and adults who abuse kids. She is wise for her age and patience and barely loses her temper. However, she can, at times, be an irresponsible preteen. Since she was reborn into a Skitty, she has become very protective of he new trainer and friends. When battling, she will take her time to analyze her opponent and would often let Jessie know when her commands aren't a good choice of attack by shaking her head. Despite her focused nature, she enjoys playing with friends and swimming.

This is my first ever reborn as a Pokemon story. This will be a big story for me, and hopefully, you all enjoy the ride with me as I write this story.
Also, this story will follow the Pokemon Advanced series in Hoenn from start to finish. However, I definitely plan to write more Pokemon Reincarnation stories like this one in the future, and maybe some that are more like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.
