I'M DONE WITH TRYING TO POST THIS ON MY WALL.

Like what the hell is happening here, guys! I tried thrice and I failed all the time, to post it on MY wall. The post was so touching. I wish I had saved it in my drafts. But, since it was coming right from the heart, I kept on writing and not saving it.

So, after failing for ages to write a successful post, I've finally decided to dedicate a whole book for important announcements. After this, you'll never find me writing again on my wall. Because, that's useless when that bitch doesn't allow me to post any messages.

Like what?! How hard is it?

I wrote, refreshed, posted, boom! So I rewrote, refreshed again, reposted and the end result was the same. I can feel the frustration of my readers now when I don't post a story. Like, I can smack the virtual AI and still feel hot and bothered. Truly, rage does things to you.

Anyways, I'm not here to bash!

This update is going to be all about Captured. The book is a series, right? I have said many times previously that I'm gonna end the book, and it's been paid already so I can't keep it for free. Imagine how you'll feel to see your favourite toy being sold for free when you've paid for it?

You won't feel good, right?

Exactly the same thing will happen to the readers, the lovely readers who've always stood by me, showed patience and even tolerated my infrequent and unforgivable updating schedules. For that, and for many other reasons too, the books which have been made paid can't be free.

You must've been wondering why I'm saying this. It's because the Booknet is shutting down its business for English Writers. They've been through tough times, due to the war and because of their poor management (to be honest) so they've decided to cut their losses short and shut down the operations as soon as possible.

May 31st is the last day of their official work. After that, you won't be able to buy or read books on their platform. I along with many other authors have books that need home. Wattpad could become the one for them, but again, it will be like cheating the paid readers, so I'm definitely not going for that. It leaves me with no option but to agree that the need for time demands some compromises.

Compromises to put the paid books on various Coin-system based platforms, such as Goodnovel and Alphanovel. Presently, these two are my go-to options because they charge less than other platforms which would fleece a ten times higher value. Amazon is a long road, so that's off the charts for now. If a new platform comes in the near future to have sales flexibility like Booknet, I'd love to join that.

I was also getting dms about the free unlock chapter features on these two platforms that make it a better choice for students and for those who can't pay for the books. So it's your chance to read your favourite books for some and relatively less hassle. If you can pay for it, that will add to my income but if you can't, wait for a few days and the chapters will become free?! I guess that's how it works.

Now the readers who are concerned about the purchases they've already made, fret not! Even if Booknet is shutting down, you can easily access the library in your app and read the books. What you won't be able to do is to buy new books, which means you'll have to eventually follow the author to the new sites where she is.

So, instead of following the author, it will be great if the author follows you, isn't it? Hence, if you're on Goodnovel and Alphanovel, enjoy my paid books. Those who are willing to pay, a big thanks to them and to those who are unable to do so, please vote and leave a review for the books.
