nearly all of the books I'm reading aren't updating

You looked around the living room "Is it just me, or does it feel like somethings missing?" You pointed out "Wait, where's Howdy?" Rhai looked around. "I think he is in the kitchen." Wally points out as he looks at the said kitchen from the comfort of the living room. As you and Rhai went to the kitchen, two pairs of green fleece hands were on the kitchen counter, trying to scale the it. Rhai looked behind the counter, and saw it was none other than Howdy himself. The puppet jumps in surprise, falling off the counter. Rhai slides on the kitchen floor, catching him just in time, but hits her head on a nearby wall. {Optional - You chuckled at the sight of Rhai hitting her head on the kitchen wall | You were concerned at the sight of Rhai hitting her head on the kitchen wall}
"Be careful next time!" You reprimanded her as you help her get up. She checks on Howdy to see if he's fine and he is, confused. "Where am I?" his voice was laced with concern and confusion. "Welcome to [Name] and Rhai's apartment!" Wally walks in the kitchen, greeting him. "Wally! Where have you been? The other neighbors kept looking for you!" Howdy sighs in relief, as his neighbor is doing okay. "I woke up in a room when I was talking to Home actually, what about you?" "I was just in my store as usual, talking to Barnaby, until I blacked out."
