With darius (it's the same day as the last chapter)

Darius's pov:

I was running as fast as I could, I really didn't know where to run, so I just climbed a tree.

I sat in the tree, and Hunter, that's what I named the Cerataurus, waited at the bottom of the tree.

I knew toro was asleep, so I could either climb through the trees, wait it out, call for toro, or make a run for it.

If I climb through the trees, hunter will follow me, plus I could fall out of the tree and easily become lunch.
So that's not happening.

If I wait it out, it probably won't work, because Hunter usually eats at around 10, it's like 11 now, so it won't be in any tush to eat me, and I have not eaten since lunch yesterday.
It's not gonna happen.

If I call for toro, he probably won't come and get me. If he does, he will be mad at me because I woke him up. And I might attract more dinos, and not the good kind.
I don't wanna risk it.

And I'm definitely not fast enough to outrun him.

And u couldn't do anything to attack it or distract it.

While all this is going on, all I could think about is what Ben said.

"You never did anything -" What was he going to say?
"You never did anything good,"
"You never did anything to help me or the others,"
"You never did anything useful, oh yeah, you left us, that was useful, well done."
Or something like that, is he still mad at me? He probably is.

I should try to avoid him and the others if my presence is that Anoying.

I'll just wait it out.

I lay down on a branch and went to bed, I was going to leave later.

It's been 𝑯𝑶𝑼𝑹𝑺, how is Hunter still here?

It's already night!
Although Hunter fell asleep..

I let the idea roll around my mind for a few minutes.

Then I make a quick decision to go with the plan:

It's the safest option. It's quiet and efficient!

I jumped down from the tree and ran off.

"I sure hope he doesn't see or hear me," I whisper to myself.

Just then, I hear a very, loud roar.

"And there I go jinxing myself." I rolled my eyes and continued running.

I heard hunters laud heavy footsteps crashing on the floor.

The footsteps got louder and louder. up until something grabbed my foot and lifted me off the ground.

I opened my eyes to see Hunter, but he wasn't the one holding me in the air..

I turn my head a bit to try and see the dinosaur.

"Oh, hey toro," I chuckled nervously.

He growled at me before walking the cave area, still holding me by my foot.

Dariuss pov:

Judging by where all the dinosaurs were, it was around six pm.

"Toro? I'm going out for a walk, maybe study some other dinosaurs, " I said.

Toro let out a small growl.
