Shaela's pov

"shay.. i needa talk to you" dd spoke with a slight annoyed tone in his voice.

"what's up?" i answer nervously as he takes my hand and leads me outside for some privacy. "Cmon Shaela. don't play dumb" he mugs me.

dd never uses my name, it's always 'Shay', or 'Ma', or 'mi amor'. that's how i knew he was serious.

"whaaaat? i ain't do nun" i lie. "soo going thru my phone is 'nun' ?" he asks me.

at this point I just stayed silent. I knew it was my fault, I knew that I had no right to do that. he's probably so mad rn, I mean I would be too if the roles were reversed.

"ma, i'm not mad" he tells me, reading my thoughts. "im really sorry dd. i was just on your phone taking photos of myself, until she messaged an-" he cut me off.

"its okay ma, i know ma wife was just jealousss" he chuckled which left me confused. "i dont get it? why aren't you mad?" i questioned.

"you were gonna find out either way" he spoke with a sigh. "Crystal's my-" he starts before i interrupt. "so you do have a girlfriend?" i yell in shock.

i can't believe you dd! all this time you haven't mentioned once about this girl! you wanna tell me you like me one day and just change your mind the next? well guess what? that's not how it fucking works." i felt myself getting angrier by the second, tears filled my eyes in frustration as i continued to speak.

"ma what? you don't get i-" "no i get it." i say before storming off. i couldn't stand to see his face for any longer. i run away from the situation and head into my room, flopping onto the bed face first whilst tears stream down my face.

i didn't even know why i was upset which made it 10x worse, he's not my bf. he's not mine.

dd's pov

i fucked up. real bad. i should've known to block that bitch. all she does is ruin everything.

i unlock my phone with my Face ID and go on her contact. *block- 'Crystal💕'* i press.

i hate that I made Shaela cry, if it was any other girl i wouldn't give a fuck. but this isn't any other girl, this is my girl. my mind tells me to give her some space but my legs go in the direction of her room. i cant have her thinking that i've walked all over her for any longer.

I knock softly three times, "go away dd" she sniffles. my heart instantly broke. I ignore her reply and enter anyways. "didnt I tell you to go away" she turns over on her bed so her back is facing me.

"ma.. let me explain, please" i spoke sitting on the end of her bed. "stop calling me that. just leave dd" she slightly yells. "no. im not leaving until you let me explain".

Shaela's pov

"no. im not leaving until you let me explain" he pesters whilst his hand travels up and down my back comfortingly.

"fine" i wipe my eyes and sit up laying against the headboard, just wanting this to be over. his eyes turn to sadness when he examines my face. teary eyed, running mascara, red cheeks.

instantly he brings me in for a hug. "im so sorry baby. im so sorry" he whispers into my head as i allow him to wrap his arms around my torso.

my instinct was to resist, but no matter what dd does, ill always have a place for him in my heart.
"you never let me finish my sentence Shay" he spoke.

"Crystal is my ex. not my girlfriend. i haven't talked to her since we broke up which was months ago. this girl is really a fan ma. I done told her that i want nothing to do with her but she ain't taking the hint" he says in one breath.

"if you scrolled a little you'd see me leaving all her messages on delivered, I don't want her ma. I want you" he lifts up my chin so he could see my face better. "be mine."
