hi guys. so quick update. im a freshmen in college now and i dont use/read wattpad anymore so i dont read noli me tangere now but my younger sister is studying the noli me tangere rn and she told me that im missing kabanata 19 so here it is :)
- about some guy who is a teacher (nagkukwento lang siya kay ibarra and that made ibarra want to start a school)
- apparently when the students study, they're right under the kumbento and if they're noisy the frayles come down and yell at them and the teacher
- frayles shaming the teachers in front of the students so the students lose their respect
- their disciplining involves abuse like spanking and stuff that shouldn't be allowed
- teachers have no choice but to follow the priests
- ibarra tells the teacher not to worry because he'll suggest to make a nicer school in the upcoming tribunal
