A/N: This is a story that I've been meaning to start for a while now. This was a request by someone on Wattpad by the name of VoltronMoon. Go ahead and go check out her Kidge stories, their amazing!
In a world divided into seven factions, the Imperial family rules the six city states with something called the Quintessance token.
Within the Martial arts world, lies the two strongest fighters. From the Galran Empire, Keith Kagone, and a heroine from the Altean sect, Katie Holt, most of the people that know of her, call her Pidge Gunderson though, only Keith calls her Katie. Both of whom are stuck in a perpetual fight for superiority against each other.
Interestingly, as indifferent to others as Keith Kagone is, he will always attend every challenge Katie issues. Thus, many people believe, that wherever Katie is, Keith will most likely show up there to.
Now, their story begins in the Altean Empire.
A/N: I know, I know, this is quite a shorter chapter than other chapters I've done before, but I hope it's peaked your interest. I thought I would put the first two chapters in this book first, then transfer it to a separate book and finish it there.
As you can tell, Keith and Pidge already have an established relationship with each other, which I'm thinking of making Enemies to lovers, but they don't hate each other if that makes sense. I suppose this is more Rivals to Lovers. And Keith can deny it all he wants, but he definitely trusts her a little bit more than most of the people he knows in his life.
Also, I might've based this off of a Fantasy Cdrama I started watching... Don't judge me, I was just looking for inspiration. I've only seen the first episode so far, but it's called Who Rules The World and it is on Netflix, just in case you were curious. I believe it has 40 - 50 chapters, each episode is pretty long though, about 40 mins to 1 hour.
