2/3 OF THE WEEKEND MARATHON

Lauren couldn't stop looking at her. No matter how much she put all her willpower to look away from that goddess dressed in white, it was impossible for her. Her eyes scanned every curve, every part of Camila's body shamelessly. And she felt no remorse. What had been the chances of finding her again?

Lauren stared at her as she felt Ally's gaze on her and Narciso's as well. That ass should be illegal. Lauren thought biting her lip as her eyes continued to travel over the extraordinary figure of her. She had never seen her but Lauren knew that she recognized her and that she knew she was there.

"Aren't they..." Ally started but Lauren held up a hand.

"Shhh," she said softly as she continued to gaze down the catwalk. She watched them walk, move, adjust her dress as she felt a lump in her throat.

That woman had called her smug, pushy, and bitter. She remembered it all, word for word because she hadn't been able to get her out of her thoughts. Yes, a few nights ago she thought she was pretty. By this time she was almost hyperventilating from how beautiful she looked. Lauren had to accept that this dress was born to be worn by a body like Camila's. Watching her wear one of her dresses wasn't doing her body any good. She was absolutely entranced by her.

Had that been the girl wearing a snapback and had invited her to dinner? Lauren bit her lip watching her walk appreciating her back and her ass. If she asked her to dinner again in that dress she was sure she wouldn't turn her down.

"Looks like we won't have to look much further," Narciso said between his teeth, looking at Lauren who was sitting with the glass of wine in her hand without looking away from her.

"I think they're ready," Normani said, smiling at them and clapping her hands happily. "Why don't you start walking from there and we'll put on some music."

Camila and Dinah nodded heading to the start of the catwalk. Lauren followed Camila with her eyes as if she were a lion wanting to catch her prey and smiled wryly at that metaphor that crossed her mind. Ariana Grande's music continued to fill the room and she watched as Dinah was the first to leave. Lauren had never been one of the women to express her emotions openly. But that day things were different because she couldn't help it.

Her eyes caught Dinah walking down the catwalk and she was surprised at how well she was doing. Despite not having the conventional model body, she looked beautiful. And Lauren valued people who wanted to better themselves.

"Hire her," she whispered to Narciso, who looked at her surprised.

"There are more experienced models, Lauren." She turned to stare at him.

"Hire them both, I want them on a plane to Japan with us," Lauren repeated again and turned to the catwalk. "Stop," she told Dinah louder this time so that she would listen.

Dinah looked at her a little nervously and Lauren met her eyes as she drank some wine.

"That's enough for me." She waved a hand telling her to move away. "I want to see the next one," Lauren said with a small smile hiding on Dinah's face. "Let's see if she can handle it."

Camila closed her eyes listening to Lauren speak and felt something inexplicable spread in her body when she heard
Lauren's slightly hoarser voice. She felt Dinah's gaze on her for a moment and took a deep breath; She began to walk down the catwalk following Normani's advice, who watched her with a smile.
