Backstory: Justin Arc is the alternate evil brother of Jake Arc. He was disowned by their father when he discovered that he was bullying his cousin Jaune Arc and dumped by his ex-girlfriend Sarah Nikos, who said right at his face that she cheated on him with Jake, much for his anger. He vowed revenge on everyone in Remnant, especially Ozpin and Salem. He was found by Schwartz, who offered him to lead the new Time Jackers. He accepted the offer and also gained the power to summon each villain from the "Pick Your Card in Musutafu" Universe. He also plans to help both Kaiser Virgolial and Eternal Dormammy to conquer the world and destroy anyone standing in their way. He is now the leader of the Neo Time Jackers.
