Lost Still Lost

35 3 3

Sirens wail like bombs
A war between worlds
Questions she couldn't answer
Her memories A swirl

Everything went black
An uncomfortable silence
Regaining her life
Still, she was distant

The dim light of a hospital
Reminding her to stay alert
They could come back any second
She couldn't relive that hurt

Her life on the line
And those boys held the scissors
What decision will they make
With them, or with her?
