CHAPTER THREE

SEPTEMBER’S POINT OF VIEW:

Nakayuko ako ngayon kaharap ang mahal na Reyna. Kasama ko si mommy na nasa gilid ko at nakatingin sakin. Pasimple akong lumunok ng naglakad ito papunta sa gawi ko.

“So?” -panimula niya “Daughter of Sahara Monforex. I didn't realize just how stunning you're in person, darling. You are absolutely beautiful. Your mother always speaks highly of you whenever we both have some time”

Napakurap kurap ako sa sinabi niya.

“Oh. Pardon for that. I mean, I know she can't talk” -she said “But I know how to have a conversation with her using my hands. Don't worry”

“Its okay, your majesty”

Hinawakan niya ang buhok ko ng marahan kaya agad akong napapikit. The mere presence of her sent shiver down to my spine, she look so intimidating. “You want to be part of my chamberlains? Hmm?”

She always praised your remarkable qualities, describing you as understanding, lovable, kind and compassionate” -with my fingers crossed behind my back, I responded, “I sincerely hope for the opportunity to serve as part of your staff and minister the entire royal family, your highness”

She stare at me that I almost hitch my breath. Calm down September! Calm down! Think about your plan! I can do this. Hindi dapat ako mag padala sa takot. I am here for my brother, I am not a coward. I am not a gutless.

Kahapon kinausap ko si Mommy tungkol sa plano ko na pumasok dito. Kagaya ng kay papa ayaw niyang makagawa ako ng gulo na pagsisisihan ko sa huli. She don't want me to get the vengeance I really wanted. But I know she can't stop me.

My mom is mute. She can't literally talk. She's been like that when she was a child. Her parents abandoned her dahil sa pagiging pipi niya. It's really painful to know it as her daughter pero wala na akong magagawa. I know someday I can take my parent out from this hell. I know very well that I can truly take her away from all this shit, away from this people who making fun of her, away from this indignity country.

My mom told me about her highness. She told me she's nice, she told me she's not like her husband. I really doubt it. Medyo nakakatakot kasi ang aura nito, but I'm not afraid. I was just playing this fragile innocent woman para kahit papano hindi sila mag hinala sakin.

She also told me na may phone sya at binigay yon ng mahal na reyna sa kanya. Sabi niya gagamitin lang daw to kapag emergency, kaya kahapon nakausap ko sya dahil sa gamit na binigay nito. “How old are you again?” -tanong nito na nagpabalik sakin sa katinuan “You look so young”
