I wasn't sure how I was suppose to move on from the events that happened between me and Sebastian a few weeks ago. Everytime I saw him in the halls, my head was filled with the images and feeling he gave me. I think he knew. He would always give me a smirk before carring on with his day. He had a chokehold on me, but it was a completely different kind compared to last year. It's funny how in just one night, he was able to reignite my feelings for him. Now, I don't think my feelings for the boy were gone, but he definitely made them come back. I wanted more. I wanted his hand in mine constantly, I wanted every available second of my day to be spent with him. I wanted to be his.

The morning after, we agreed to keep the rendezvous our little secret. I wouldn't speak about it to anyone, not even Poppy who pestered me every morning at breakfast because Sebastian is really bad at trying not to look at me. We stayed our distance while in the halls but continued to sit beside each other in classes to try to not raise that much suspension.

It's a friday night, and I found myself all alone in the library. I had a date with my potion textbook, probably the only class I felt like I wasn't excelling in as much as I would have liked. Being an perfectionist is my flaw, but I enjoyed being.. perfect.

My finger tapped on table anxiously, reading over the section about Felix Felicis- the luck potion. With how life was going lately, I feel like someone may have slipped this into one of my drinks.

"You're here pretty late tonight, Miss Y/L/N," I could hear Miss Scribner speak from in front of me. She had a small smile on her face. She was quite fond of me- of course mostly when there was no presence of Sebastian Sallow. I've had to talk him out of trouble with her numerous time last year.

"I'm just preparing early for my N.E.W.T exams this year," I said lowly, "If you're about to lock up, I can move my studies elsewhere."

"Don't worry about that, my dear. I am going to lock up, but I have much trust in you. I know it's hard to study in those common rooms and dorms." She gave me a wink.

"Thank you, I really appreciate it." I nodded once before watching her head the the doors, the sounds of a lock closing filled the silent room.

My head went back down to my book, continuing my studies. My attention was quickly diverted from the sounds of whistling, a very familiar whistle. I closed my book, beginning to look around the room around me. While no one was in sight, the whistling became louder. It was like it was right next to me. I watched as a chair in front of me pulled out from underneeth the table, as if someone was about to sit down. My heart started to race. Suddenly, Sebastian appeared in the chair, laughing at the fact that I was startled. I sighed out in relief.

"I've been working on my disillusion charm, you like it?" He continued to laugh as I shook my head.

"You scared me, how long have you been in here?"

"Maybe ten minutes, I'm surprised Scribner forgot I was here. It's not like her to lock me in her home."

"What are you doing here, Sebastian? I'm trying to study."

"Loosen up, Y/L/N." He scuffed, in a teasing manner. It was phrase I said to him too much lately. I watched him place a book in front him. "I'm trying to study, too."

"Studying is not an activity I see you doing, ever." I rolled my eyes, opening my book again.

"What can I say, I'm a changed man." He chuckled, opening his book.

My curiosity got the best of me, I found myself trying to peak at what he was reading. His eyes met mine quickly as I watched him shift his posture to cover his book.

"Have something to hide, Sallow?"

"If you have to know, I'm trying to study up for our next date." He didn't look up from the book. The butterflies who now live in my stomach began to flutter around.

"Our n-next date?"

"Yep, something I would have liked to keep a surprise, but you. You suck at surprises." He laughed, now looking up at me. We both closed our books, not taking our eyes off of each other.

"You never fail to surprise me."

His smile grew as I watched him scoot his chair away from the table, patting twice on his lap. Before I could process what my own movements were, I felt my body stand up to obey his command. I made my way over to him quietly, the butterflies flutter faster with each step. I felt his arm wrap around my side, pulling me into his lap.

"Don't be so shy, it's just me."

My cheeks begin to flush from his comment as his hand made gentle contact with my warm left cheek. I leaned into the touch as I got more comfortable on his lap.

"I wish we could stay like this all night, I'll find a way for us to be together without having it to be in the Undercroft." Sebastian whispered, stroking my cheek gently with his thumb.

"I don't doubt you for a second, Sallow." I looked into his eyes, they were dark like they were the other night.

"If you keep looking at me like this, I'm going to have to kiss you, darling."

i wanted to take a second to say thank you for all of the support! i went from 350 reads on saturday to over 1k sunday morning, and it's truly astounding to me to see so many of you enjoying this! again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. the inner 12 year old that sucked at writing one direction fanfic is absolutely squealing to see my story read and liked by so many :)
