My eyes began to flutter open as I left out a small yawn. I bring my hands up to my eyes, gently rubbing them. After a few hard blinks, I began to realize my surroundings- why did I sleep in the Undercroft? I look down, realizing a slumbering body next to mine. Shit.

My eyes ran up from the rising chest to their face, Sebastian slept ever so calmly beside. A small flutter struck my heart as I considered waking him up, but I shouldn't. I've never seen him look so peaceful before. As much as I wanted to stay, I knew I should head back to the common room before I rose suspision. I slowly made my way off the couch, watching Sebastian stir in his sleep. I looked down, remembering I was wearing such a revealing outfit. I threw my robe over me, making sure it wrapped tight enough not to show my outfit- I did not need a lecture this early in the school year.

I took one last look at Sebastian, continuing to stay quietly while making my mistake. Even though he was still asleep, I was almost sure the gears would awaken him.

I made my way into the Great Hall, seeing that Nellie and Poppy were seated together eating breakfast. I smiled to myself as I went over and stay beside them.

"Well goodmorning, Y/N" Nellie giggled as she smiled at me. "I was just telling Poppy about how I didn't see you in your bed this morning."

I started to blush before I could think of the words to say.

"Seems like your date with Garreth ended this morning!" Poppy teased, making me blush harder. I didn't quite know to explain my absence, I wasn't really use about it either. "Are you going to tell us about your night?"

"I'd never kiss and tell," I said, folding my arms trying to keep my robe closed. I was honestly thankful for Poppy's curiousty, it like she sent me out on the path to get out myself out of coming up with further lies.

Before I could start eating my breakfast, I could hear the two girls before me start to make childish "oo-ing" sounds. I looked up at them before turning my head to right, watching Garreth walking over to us. He took the seat beside me, giving me a warm smile.

"Goodmorning, Y/N," Garreth said, continuing to smile. I felt his arm coming around me as I scooted over into him.

"Goodmorning, Garreth." I replied, returning the smile back.

"This is disgusting," Nellie grimaced at the sight of us before her. My cheeks begin to blush, as well as Garreth's.

Not taking his attention from me, Garreth replies "Maybe you're just jealous, Nellie." My cheeks blush darker from remaining eye contact with the boy. "Did you enjoy your present last night?"

I groaned, sitting up and rubbing my eyes. This couch isn't as comfortable as I remember it being last night. I glanced around the room, realizing I was alone. A small sense of disappointment filled my chest not seeing Y/N this morning. I could only hope she didn't wake up confused, shocked, or even scared.

I rubbed my eyes one more time before getting up to stretch. I grabbed the robe that was once laying on top of me before heading back up to the nearest floo flame. I'm not the biggest fan of floo travel, but I would like to get back to the common room as fast as possible.

-----

As I walked into the common room, I noticed the odd looks from my housemates. I tried not to draw suspisions, honestly entering the common room at the time of morning shouldn't be. I rolled my eyes as I headed up the stairs to my room.
