Serkan was a meticulous and perfectionist man. Everything was carefully calculated and thought out before I arrived. The designs were ready, but Serkan asked that I review them, considering what he'd mentioned regarding the gardens. We talked about blueprints and plans; we exchanged ideas regarding natural vs. artificial lightning depending on the different areas in the garden. I'd probably die before I confess it to someone, but working with Serkan Bolat for the past few hours had been delightful. He was brilliant and encouraged me, asking questions that forced me to think in unconventional ways that further fed my creativity. I found myself laughing at some of his comments and his silly old-people jokes.
Who would have thought I'd be getting along with Serkan Bolat?

Engin: Edacim, you okay? Should I implement a rescue operation?
Eda: No need. Thank you, :D
Engin: Hm. Tamam. Just remind that man that normal people take meals. That man doesn't eat or sleep when he's focused on work. If anything, he'll keep you there till tomorrow.
Eda: Leave it to me, LOL
Engin: I'm happy that you came, Eda.
Eda: Yeah, I'm happy, too. Thank you for insisting that I come.

[Eda: The handsome boss is judging my lunch... he forgets he's the one who bought it. Yum. #FrenchFries
Comments:
Serkan: You started it by criticizing my salad. 🙄]

Though I had gathered more information regarding the cancellation of the scholarships with Ahmed this morning, I did what Engin requested and didn't share any of it with Eda.
