Unmei's eyes glowed red and a single darkish blue (#214865) and a pale silver charm appeared in her hands; which then shot off towards Izuku and disappeared into his chest.
Just then a soft green light (#93B7AC) encased Izuku's body from the neck down, the bubbles rushing towards and around him in a tornado like form as a warm strong arm wrapped around his middle. Turning slightly to the side Izuku met face to face with a (naked) faceless boy with handsome features and silky golden yellow hair, the water like texture of the void giving it a blue hue and enchanting his faceless features. The boys hands clutched around his and Izuku found himself being twirled around, the movement nowhere near being sluggish even though they were basically underwater. As he and the boys feet touched, white lace stockings that stopped mid-thigh appeared on his legs along with a slightly darkish blue (#8AB9CE) belt with a pearly white seashell attached to the front wrapped around his leg just a bit above his ankle. The boy then moved his hands up to Izuku's shoulders to trail down along his sides to reveal a short slightly revealing blue (#78A2C0) dress with extra long sleeves that reached passed his fingers with even more white ruffles at the end along with pinkish white petal patterns decorating it and white ruffled straps. The front resembling a ruffled waist apron while the back resembled the frilly back of a white skirt, leaving the upper sides of his thighs exposed, a dark navy blue ribbon tied around his waist into a bow. Izuku used his fingers to trace a heart against his upper chest, revealing a dark blue choker, with a peach colored bunny charm and cerith seashell dangling under it. The boy twirled Izuku around once more until they were face to face, where he gently cupped his cheek, Izuku's hair starting to glow the same blue color, his side bangs growing in length. As they both leaned in to share a gentle kiss the boy disappeared just as his lips ghosted against Izuku's, his hair being revealed to have short spiky muddy green hair with a mixture of dark and light blue tips at the ends that curled upwards along with long bangs that reached past his shoulders. The bubbles that had been dancing around him and the other boy floated towards his head, once reaching its destination it popped to reveal soft pink sakura flowers embedded into his hair and pure white hat floating above his head with bunny ears attached to the top.

When the blue water-like void finally faded into nothing Izuku looked around to see himself back in the warren, time seemingly resuming the second his heeled foot touched the ground. Gasping, he looked himself over in complete shock, the whole transformation thing felt like a fever dream, so much that it gave Izuku a little hope that all of this was just a crazy dream and once he woke up he'd be in a cozy looking bed beside Mikumo in that apartment thing he mentioned.
The hope faded when he returned and everything went back to how it was before, the only difference now being that he was free from being impaled, all his scars and wounds were gone, oh, and he's in some skimpy cosplay. How fun. The Witch cackled when it noticed his new attire, jumping away and twirling about in an odd dance-like movement. Regaining his senses Izuku hastily turned and ran towards Mikumo's limp form, pulling out the pointed construction signs from his body and cradling his small form to his chest, taking care to notice that after he pulled the signs out all his wounds and the blood covering his body disappeared.
