They are small
Some keep us from falling over the edge of death
Others we can live with out
Kind of like people
Some are twins
Which with just one you can run with smoothly
Organs
They each are unique
They help so many things for your life
And they can save others
For the day you no longer need them
They are like special light bulbs
Which you can only put in a few special lamps
