For the first week. Plus its a diet based on myself and what I have to intake more.

Goals- Increase hydration, increase in intake of fruits, vegetables and fibers.

Percentage of stuff:-

-Decrease in junk by 10%

-Increase in water by 20%

-Increase in green intake by 5% (fruits) and 15% (vegetables)

-Increase of fiber by 3%

Points to remember:- 

-Drink water as soon as I wake up.

-Drink milk with some light biscuits.

-1 and a half roti and loads of veggies.

-Drink water as soon as I feel thirsty.

-Eat sweets and junk but on a limit.

-Burn the calories if you cross the limit.

-Eat snacks too.

-Drink milk twice a day.

-Eat a proper meal everyday.
