Chishiya walked further into the hallway with Kuina close behind him, while they were both standing in the main area he realized that there was going to be a massacre after the rules of the game was read out and they needed to find a place to stay hidden. Gunshots sounded and he heard Kuina gasp. He stopped to look back at her and saw her worried expression, they made eye contact and he nodded his way motioning her to follow him.

"Where are we going?" she questioned as she caught up to him as they walked together. He pulled out a key from his pocket, showing it to her. "I was told by Hikaru when I first arrived here that the security room is the safest place to be at times in need." he spoke. He spotted the door and walked up to it. pushing the key in the lock and turning the key to unlock the door while gripping the door nob. Hearing the lock gears as he turned the key he opened the door and walked inside taking the key out of the keyhole as Kuina walked in. "How did you get the key?" Kuina asked as he closed the door and locking it, "I took it from Hikaru's room earlier today, she didn't seem in need of it." he spoke as he approached the monitors seeing live video footage of people running for their lives as some people were shooting anyone in sight.

He heard Kuina mutter an "of course.." as she scoffed. There was a silence between the two as they watched the area fill with dead peoples corpses, "They've all gone crazy." Kuina said in disbelief. He agreed, "Not their smartest move. Why would they go so far just to survive?". Kuina ignored his question, most likely because of the stupidity of the people who were just killing anyone that they saw, "There's no way to find out who the witch is this way." Without looking at her Chishiya smiled a bit and nodded, "You could be the witch. Right Kuina?". She turned back to face him, almost as if she was insulted, "Or it could be you."

He slowly looked at her seeing her dead serious expression, he didn't say a word but only nodded and smirked after the two seconds of silence they had. He raised his eyebrow as she scoffed and looked back at the monitors, Kuina soon took interest in one specific footage and took a step closer to clearly see what was happening in the monitors. "What is this person doing..", Chishiya stood up and walked next to Kuina as he looked at the same monitor she was looking at, seeing someone rummaging through the desks of items with a flashlight. She looked back at Chishiya, "I'm going to find out what that person is doing," she spoke as she turned and left the room before he could even respond.

The longer he looked at the monitor the more he recognized the figure, it was Ann that was doing the rummaging. He looked away from the footage and took time to process what had happened earlier with Hikaru. The girl was out of the beach, she knew that the ten of hearts game was going to happen but how could she have possibly known? He sighed as he recalled the expression that was on her face, it was obvious that she hated him and it was expected but he couldn't think about what she was going to do to him. Would she kill him? No she wasn't like that at all, killing wasn't in her nature, even if she was forcefully put in the position to.

He got lost in his thoughts, remembering the first time they met, at the hospital that was in Shibuya. She held herself up in confidence but he knew she was confused and and scared. She might've not had noticed but at some point she was slightly shaking the more they walked and explored as they were looking for anyone. They then played their first game together and now that he looked back he saw how scared she was when it came to water, she would hold a longing expression that had guilt, shame, and sadness. He couldn't help but notice her mood, he wasn't too interested in her at the time, at some point after their first game he had began to feel as if she'll stick around him like an annoying leech.
