"Alright he's gonna wake up in about a few hours" Recovery girl said
"Yeah but why did he pass out?" i said irritated.
"Oh, from an overdoes of pills"
"HAHA?! WHAT PILLS?!"
"Oh dear! I assumed you knew about his Hanahaki because you're his childhood friend! He took too many suppresents causing him to pass out." And she disappeared behind the corner.

~ 2 hrs passed, bakuhoe waited for izuku~
Izuku POV:
light filled my vision. where was I? I stared at the ceiling for a few seconds.
RECOVERY GIRL AGAIN?
oh right I fainted.
Just to make sure. I looked at my body, thank god no broken limbs.
"OI STUPID DEKU!" HUH?!
"Oh hi Kacchan!!" I said as I sat up.
"When did you plan to tell me?"
"about?.."
"HANAHAKI STUPID NERD." OH NO.
"h-how did you find out-"
"Recovery Girl told me. So how long has this been going on? And who is it?! Is this person really worth dying over?! STUPID NERD!!" thank god he didn't know it was him.
"S-sorry kacchan, it's been going on since middle school..."
"AND WHO?!"
"I dont-"
"WHO NERD!?"
I stayed silent.
"Fine, do you really want to die over this? Can't you just tell whoever this person is you like them?!'
"no! When they reject me I would just die faster!"
"AND WHAT MAKES YOU SO SURE THEY WILL REJECT YOU?"
"BECAUSE THEY HATE ME!"

"Well your taking more than needed, if you were responsible you could've still had your stupid pills." And he left. Great. Now he knows I like someone, just not that I like him. And he has my pills. WONDERFUL. UGH.
