I saw the Saki glue theory and got super terrified because it makes sense
So here's my takeaway from it:
Leo/Need will never be a thing because it was Saki who put them back together, Kanade once asked Honami if she wants to disappear and Honami replied that she sometimes do, so if Saki died, Honami most likely would've committed suicide
WxS will never be a thing because Tsukasa wouldn't pursue his acting career, which in turn he will never meet Emu and the Wonder stage will be torn down, because she failed her grandpa, her smile will never be the same
Vivids still exists but BAD DOGS won't because Toya wouldn't pursue street music and because of that, Akito would quit street music and stay at home to help with Ena's mental health
MMJ would only consist of Minori, Haruka and Airi (I think) because Shizuku would quit her idol job to make sure Shiho is alright after losing Saki
N25 is definitely a goner without Honami because as I said, she mostly likely would've committed suicide, in the scenario that she did, Kanade would die of malnutrition and Mafuyu would've committed suicide, though Ena and Mizuki aren't that much affected (pretty much sure they haven't met at that time) because Akito is helping Ena and Mizuki would still be the same but they have Rui helping since he transferred to Kamiyama
