Rafael, Ramiro, and Amyra are all sitting on the jet, anxiously dreading their arrival at the hospital. Silence hung heavily in the cabin, broken only by the occasional whir of machinery and the steady hum of the engines. Rafael's heart pounded in his chest, his thoughts consumed by the looming specter of his wife's impending death. Ramiro and Amyra exchanged glances, their faces etched with fear and uncertainty.
They both knew what was coming, but neither of them could find the words to express their feelings. Suddenly, Julio (the Fielders young and charming flight attendant) approaches them. "Pardon me, but I just wanted to inform everyone that we will be landing within the next few minutes." He announces. They all reply and dismiss him. "God, I'm not ready for this." Ramiro scoffs. A distraught Amyra grabs his hand and consoles him.
