"Did you manage to find out how deep they dig into their clients?" Jayden wanted to make sure they didn't mess up.

"For now, we've temporarily erased anything linking you two to the police force. They may be watching you two for a while before moving onto the next step so it's best if you two move around together." Det. Torres informed.

"Shouldn't be tough since both of you are single. But that doesn't mean that you should fall in love with each other in the process." Alex crossed his arms.

"Don't listen to his nonsense. I know it's a little restrictive but bear with it." Det. Torres waved Alex away. He knew where Jayden's heart was.

"Yes Sir." Jayden and Sabrina replied.

"Mama, did you hear? A new couple moved in opposite. Newlyweds." Aika had heard about their new neighbours from the security guard.

"Talaga? We've been so busy, I didn't notice. We should say hi soon." Atty Leni had been travelling around the country for her speaking engagements.

"We could bring them some food as a welcome gift." Aika suggested.

"Sounds good. I heard they were around our age, maybe we could be friends." Tricia smiled.

"Wow, did I hear right? Janine is socialising?" Aika teased.

"I'm trying." Tricia deadpanned.

"Maybe you can make brownies and gift it to them." Atty Leni suggested.

"Maybe the day after? I'm off duty then..." Tricia made a mental note.

"I'll leave it to you then...I thought you were going on a run?" Aika reminded Tricia.

"I'm going, Ate...I'm going." Tricia pouted as she put her shoes on.

"Remember to get bread on the way home!" Aika called out as Tricia left.

"Oki, gotchu!" Tricia nodded as she closed the door.

"Are you new to the neighbourhood? I've never seen you around..." Tricia heard the bakery owner say to a lady as she entered the shop.

"Oo po, kakalipat ko lang dito..." The lady replied.

"You've come to the right place then...Tama ba, Dr Tricia?" The owner turned to Tricia and the lady followed.

"Tito's right, they have the best bread around the neighbourhood." Tricia agreed.

"Thank you, I just moved into the condo next door and I'm not familiar with the area yet..." The lady smiled.

"We can head back together, I live next door too." Tricia offered after she finished paying.

"Really? I live in Block A, how about you?" The lady asked.

"Same here!" Tricia was surprised.

"I'm in unit 805!" The lady shared.

"Wait...that means we're neighbours! My family and I are in unit 803." Tricia gasped.

"That's fantastic! Nice to meet you, I'm Sabrina Cruz." Sabrina stretched her hand out.

"Nice to meet you too, I'm Tricia Robredo." Tricia accepted the handshake.

"I hope the bread is good...Sir...I mean, my husband is particular when it comes to bread." Sabrina caught herself halfway.

"It is. Although I know a better bakery further away..." Tricia chuckled.
