They've become good friends since then and they would often and every day come over to Victor's shelter to play

They would ask him why did he chose to live in the forest instead of living in a town like they do

He explained to them that the forest was better because he can meet other Pokemon and other stuff

Of course, he didn't reveal to them the real reason behind that he was an escaped subject from an experiment, yet

But they always don't mind it and keep on visiting and playing together with each other. They had fun, joy, and happiness together and their friendships

Victor wanted the moment to keep on going forever but he knows that there'll be times when he has to face something rough in the future

But for now, he's just enjoying his life before that time comes

One snowy day, he went to the storage where he kept his food supply. When he did, he sees that it was empty and they have to find food now

Victor: "Dang, Damon!"

Damon came down with its web from the ceiling

Damon: "What is it?"

Victor: "It seems we ran out of food,"

Damon: "That's bad for you,"

Victor: "I can just go outside and find some,"

Damon: "Well you can't, currently,"

Victor: "Huh? Why not?"

Damon: "You see, we're now in a season where the berries don't grow, what I mean by that, is it's winter,"

Victor: "That means... I'll have to hunt for meat,"

Damon: "That too, won't work, because the pokemon either hibernate or hiding,"

Victor: "Then how long does this winter last again?"

Victor: "So I'm going to starve..."

Damon: "If you're lucky, maybe you can find some Pokemon out there to feast on,"

Victor: "I wasn't prepared for any of these challenges,"

Damon: "I should've taught you those earlier, huh?"

Victor: "Yeah... And now I'm going to hunt some in this cold rigid weather,"

Victor went over to the door to go outside. But then, someone knocked on the other side of the door

Victor was caught off guard by the knocks

Victor: "Who's there?"

???: "It's me!"

Victor recognises the voice he heard

Victor: "Huh? Gloria?"

Gloria: "Yeah! Can you let me in?"

Victor open the door and there he sees Gloria in her winter outfit

Victor: "Come in,"

Gloria went inside the shelter after being outside of the cold weather and took off the winter outfit since it's warm now inside

Gloria: "Thank you! I didn't think you were still in the shelter, it was so cold!"

Victor: "Why did you come all the way here? Shouldn't you be in your home? And where's Hop?"
