It all started for Kara Zor-el when krypton exploded and she was sent to earth by her mother, in order to be safe and to be with her cousin. although she felt like she didn't belong on earth and her home was always gonna be krypton.

Kara sat alone gazing at the stars contemplating on what happened today and what she heard from Batman and Superman. As much as it hurt her it was true. Earth won't be her one not like krypton was

Superman tried to convince her but he realised she was right so he came up with an idea instead of her staying her in the 21st century she could go to earth in the 30th century.
" You trust me?" Kal asked as Kara closed her eyes, feeling hesitant at first before opening her eyes, smiling slightly and nodding her head. Kal smiles back as he then throws the device into the air, it makes a whirring sound before it combusted, a huge boom was heard as a portal was opened, showing futuristic looking buildings.

A portal opened right next to them, superman walked towards it while kara looked in shock and confusion wondering what was going on.
Kal: Come on
Kara: Wait! Where are we going ?
Kara followed her cousin through the portal, flying through a futuristic looking city as the two Kryptonians flew out of the portal. The portal began to close as the device Kal threw, turned back into a ball. The device whirled before flying back to Kal, catching it with his hands as Kara began to look around her, amazed by the futuristic looking city, it looked quite similar to Krypton in a way. "Whoa" Kara looked around her surroundings, taking in what she is seeing in front of her very eyes, no longer was she in some 21st century looking farm. Within the centre, there was a tower with an insignia of an "L" - showing holographic displays of what appeared to be heroes, or this generations heroes for the matter.
