Chapter starts:
Scene changes to Kai and Tanaka in a train, Tanaka then groans
"With so little time left, should we really be going to Osaka? It's two days there and back" Tanaka asks
"We have no choice. We'll never find what we need around Tokyo" Kai says as he puts his cap over his face and begins to sleep
"Searching around Tokyo proved to be a failure, but maybe trying for another area should be more fruitful" Montpelier says
"You need all the info you can get, and seven days is still enough time.. unless something goes wrong" Yat Sen says
We see the train going to its destination as text appears
'7 days until the final decision-making meeting'
Scene changes, it is day time with Kai and Tanaka standing in front of a building
"This looks like the place" Tanaka says as Kai begins to enter it
A sign in front of the buildings says: OSATO SHIPBUILDING CO.
Scene goes inside the building
"6,000 yen? And look at the date on this thing" An old man with glasses says as shouting is heard in the background
"Who are you!?" A worker asks as Kai and Tanaka barge into the room
"What's going on?" The old man asks
"They just pushed in" The worker replies
"What does the navy want with us?" The old man asks Kai and Tanaka
"Forgive us for bursting in on you. You're Mr. Osato?" Kai says as the two officers take their hats off
"Yes, I am" Osato replies
"He's either going to be the breakthrough they need or the downfall they will suffer for" Hood says as she drinks her tea
Scene changes to Mr. Osato's office
"I see... Miss Kyoko, huh?" Osato asks as we see a letter written by her
"Yes. She said you might be able to help us" Kai says
"So an accurate price list of the materials for a battleship... and the cost of labor?" Osato asks as Kai and Tanaka bow
A good five seconds of silence, then the scene cuts
