Episode 25: An Unreal Finale!

Start from the beginning

Challenge 5: Cold Stone Walls
Calligraphy Pen ran into the (now repaired) cave. Shit. He couldn't see! It was too dark and his vision was shit. He held onto a wall and tried to remember the way to the exit. Cappy quickly came running up. He wasn't the best at navigating caves when he remembered... He ran outside the cave and just... Ran around it. Huh. That was easy. He continued onto the next challenge while Calligraphy Pen ran around like a chicken with his head cut off. Several walls ran into and probably a minor concussion later he finally found the exit. He thought to himself. "I didn't see Cappy the whole time... I'm probably still in the lead!" He smirked at the thought and kept going.

Challenge 6: Burning pasts and bursting flames
Instead of this challenge being by the Volcano there was a pile of dirt with some Fanta poured into the top with a sign saying "I got lazy. Sorry. ~Vintage." Cappy sighed and grabbed the small half marble peeking from the side of the mountain, assuming it was the treasure and put it on the table before running off to the next challenge. After a while Calligraphy Pen stumbled into the challenge. He had a lot of trouble reading the sign. But when he finally did and figured out the challenge he easily found the gem by just shoving his paw into the "volcano" and placing it on the table before running off to the next challenge.

Challenge 7: disarrange and dissemble
...Oh god. This challenge was the one that hurt Cappy the most. It was the challenge that no only did everyone find out about his leg scars after his leg warmers fell off. But it was him accidentally crashing into Cookie and... Destroying the egg that hurt the most. Not to mention those damn monkey bars! But... Cappy's grown. So much since than. He's made friends, enemy's and learned his own strengths. He took a deep breath and leapt onto the monkey bar... And fell face flat into the floor. Onto to realize he could just go around it again! So he did that. He tried but being honest? This was easier and smarter anyways. Calligraphy Pen wasn't too far behind. He easily leapt across each monkey bar and continued in his way.

Challenge 8: Palm Trees
...It was just a sand box. Cappy grabbed the little pail and started digging. When he started to feel fast footsteps beside him he quickly sped up his digging. Luckily he found a tiny treasure chest and put it on a plate before running off to the next contest. It wasn't much different for Calligraphy Pen.

Challenge 9: The Ocean Breathes Salty
This was Cappy's favorite challenge! He was excited for this one! He hopped into the tint boat, released the sail and started using a pattle to pattle to shore! It was fun to be out of the sea again! Even if it was a small pool. He Hopped happily off the boat and skipped to the next challenge! Calligraphy Pen stared at the boat that was far to small for him. He was sick and tired of all this swimming! But than he realized... He walked around the Pool... Could... Could he have done that the whole time? He let out a growl of frustration and ran after the next challenge.

Challenge 10:  Clouded Eyes
Cappy had issues stacking the 3 blocks since he didn't have arms. Eventually though he managed. But by the time he finished Calligraphy Pen was starting! He quickly ran off to the next challenge! Calligraphy Pen wasn't too far behind!

Challenge 11: Happy Halloween!
Cappy immediately ran into the Corn Maze. Calligraphy Pen wasn't far behind. Luckily he remembered what he did last time! So he just ran through the maze and easily made his way through. Cappy wasn't way too far behind.

Challenge 12: Boom! Bang!
Uh-oh. Calligraphy Pen wasn't the smartest. He knew that. Infront of him was 3 bottles of different hapes with different liquids in them. All he knew was the whiteboard had what appeared to be a purple liquid inside of the really squiggly bottle. He was so caught up in his thinking he didn't notice Cappy was here and immediately solved the challenge. He thought for a moment. He poured the yellow liquid out and poured some of the red and blue liquid into the squiggly bottle and... Huh. That was easy. He quickly ran after Cappy who had a good headstart.

Challenge 13: The home stretch!
It was now just a run to the finish. And Cappy was terrified. His legs were quaking. It was taking a toll on his speed. Not to mention Cali was gaining on him! He passed under the pillar from the first challenge. But he heard a sudden creaking. He turned around and saw it was starting to fall! He stopped dead in his tracks and called out to Cali "THE PILLARS GONNA FALL!" "DO YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE TH-" He was cut off by the creaking sounds sudden increase. When he looked up and realizing Cappy was telling the truth he stopped. Completely unable to move from pure fear. Cappy ran towards him "CALI! GET OUT OF TH-"

*CRASH*

Back at the beginning everyone heard the crash. Lighter flinched at the sudden boom and covered his ears. Bottle yelped out "whAT- What was that!?" Flower stood up "We should go check it out! What if someone got hurt!?" Vintage looked off in the distance "...Did the pillar fall over...!?"

Back at the challenge:
The throwback of the wind falling will the pillar pushed Cappy into the victory Area where victory music started blasting. Not that Cappy really cared. He took a short moment to be dazed before standing up and running towards Calligraphy Pen. "CALLI!? ARE YOU OKAY!?" He didn't hear a response. He started struggling in an attempt to try and move the Pillar. But he was far too short and not strong enough. He was on the verge of tears trying desperately to get the Pillar away. When suddenly he heard voices calling out "CAPPY!?" Cappy recognized the voice of Bottle. Immediately fear struck. What if they think he did it!? He called out "T-The pillar fell!" Immediately he felt the pillar start to move. He backed up and was able to see it fell on Callis leg. Luckily he was conscious and the combined contestants were able to move the pillar off his leg. Bottle and Lighter, however ran around it. Bottle picked Cappy up while Lighter began checking him over. "Are you okay!? How did the Pillar fall!? What happened!?" Cappy continually reassured him he was okay. Meanwhile Broom helped Calligraphy Pen up. "Dude, what the hell happened!?" Calligraphy Pen tried to play it off like he was fine. "H-Heh, Pillar fell on my leg. I'll be f-fine!" "No the fuck you aren't! You're leg is FUCKED. You've gotta go to the hospital!" Vintage cut everyone off. "I don't believe it! The armless underdog won!" Everyone stopped and stared at Vintage. Oillamp bursted out "THAT'S your main concern!? Someone coulda died!" "Keyword "Coulda"!" What he said echoed through Cappy's brain. Not fully processing the fact he actually won. The show he had been a part of for months. He actually won...? Vintage cleared his throat "Well... I left the money in the suitcase! Go ahead and grab it." Cappy slid out of Bottles arms and slowly started walking towards it. When suddenly a large bird swooped overhead! As a really small object he knew he was a target for birds. So he immediately ran towards bottle for protection. Luckily the bird didn't swoop for him. But for the suitcase. It grabbed the suitcase by the handles and flew off. Everybody stared at it in shock before slowly looking back at Vintage. Who was just as surprised as them. Flower tried to lighten the mood. "Heyhey! I'm sure the money wasn't actually in the suitcase! That would be dumb! Right vintage?" ... "Vintage?" Vintage let out a nervous chuckle "...So..." Cappy immediately felt his blood boil. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I WENT THROUGH HELL FOR NOTHING!? I SWEAR TO GOD!!" Vintage immediately knew he had to defuse the situation "Woah Woah! Hold on I..." Vintage for a sudden idea. "Wait! I have a different prize!"

"...What?" "How would you like the Hotel as a prize!" Vintage seemed nervous "I... Spent most of the budget on prepping for season 2... So this is the best prize I can give ya! Your file said your unemployed and jobless right?" "Wh- hold o-!" "This could solve both problems at once! Cappy stared at the Hotel. He couldn't really get a different prize. Plus... What would he have done with the money? He always said he would put it towards a house and getting a proper job. Being a Hotel manager sounded nice. His previous "job" was just being a thief. Stealing bread and money to survive on the streets with Bottle. Maybe it would be nice to finally settle down. "Yeah, fine. I'll take it." Vintage cleared his throat "Well than. That's it! Season 1 of Unreal Reality comes to an end! The unlikely Underdog miraculously won the whole game with a hotel to show!" "...Wait did you say season 1!?"
