"Follow me for the tour,” Devin said chuckling.

Down here, we have the living room.  He said as he stepped down into the lowered living area.

"Yo, man I didn’t even notice that it was sunken in, that shit is tight."

"I thought so too, that’s what made me get this joint man."

Reminded me of something out of a movie."

“So, if you step down this is the living room area,

Over to the right is a working fireplace."  Devin said as he started to walk over to it.

"What’s this door lead to man?"  Marko asked.

Devin turned his head.  There was a door just off the living room.

"Oh that’s a half bathroom.

Convenient right?"

Watch the game... Got to use it. It’s not far away,” he laughed.

"Hmmm.”  Marko palmed his chin.

Or. You got a bitch over.  Do not want her to wash her ass in your bathroom; you let her do her thing here.”

"Damn!

He poked his head in farther.  It even has a shower!"

"Man your crazy.  Common there's more to see."

Marko took in everything, the laundry room, the pantry.

Shit nigga even had some outdoor space.

A big patio with a built in grill.

Upstairs was his favorite, the master bedroom was huge.

Walk in closets, big windows, but the best thing was, the bathroom.  It was all done up in Italian marble.  Had a Jacuzzi tub.  Marko peeped that it could fit at least three people.

"My man… I was wondering, I mean I saw...”

Devin started to cheese.

"What’s up?"  He played it off.

"I mean I notice that this is like a big house but,

From out front it looks like a huge house.

I'm not seeing the extra space.”

"Oh yeah."  Devin shrugged it off.

"It’s a side by side house.

The entrance to the other part is in the back.

That is why it looks like just one big house.”

"Ah I see.”  Marko said.

"Come out front with me.”  Devin said.

They walked out front and again admired the houses curb appeal.

Then Devin walked to the right and started to walk straight back.

Following him, Marko noticed the little paved walkway.

They stopped in front of what looked like a veranda.

"Oh wow, Aye have you met your neighbor yet?"  Marko asked him.

 Devin smirked.  "Maybe.”

Turning to Marko he said, “You know the good thing about this place man... Is that the walls are thick.”  He winked.

Then he pulled out a key ring and unlocked the door.

Holding it open, he looked back at Marko.

"Want to have a look?"
