The quad, now free, had locked down the entire tunnel that linked Ringtown and Fall City. And the sister was laughing at Lapis as he tried to keep up.
"Oh come on!" Tiffany chuckled as her violin summoned a group of Camerupts. "Damn it!"
Once he had cleaned up the damage with Aria (There was an argument), he returned with slow steps. The older child ran up to him, quickly grabbing his attention. Sage grabbed his shoulder as he shuddered.
"Go rest. You're shaking harder than Summerland on a regular basis." Lapis took a second to acknowledge his words before picking up the small child and went upstairs.
He passed out, the children resting with him, when Star found him. She placed a blanket over them before heading out.
