Alison POV

"Detective Fields... Would you happen to have a sister that lives here in Rosewood?" I asked curious if she was somehow related to Emily.

"Not that I know of." She replied hesitantly. Well she must know something.

I gave her a puzzled look as she began questioning me.

I had just told the detective everything about the kidnapping. She told me that Emily has to come down for questioning and things needed to be cleared up before I could go.

"So Emily is a runaway?" the detective asked concerned

"Yes detective." I replied respectfully

"Okay, well if you could call her now that would be great." she told me.

I pulled out the phone Emily had given me scrolling through the contact list until finding Hanna. The detective stepped out and I was left alone in an empty interrogation room. After the first few rings Hanna picked up the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey Han, is Em there?"

"Yeah" she said and I heard her yell to Emily

"Hello" Emily said

"Hey Em, the detective wants you down here" I told her

I heard Emily sigh and I could picture her shifting on her feet.

"Alright ill have Spencer bring me." Emily huffed

"Ok, I don't know if ill see you when you get here im still in the stupid interrogation room. Detective Fields asked me to call you down so she could talk to you."

"Detective Fields? Who's that?" she asked curiously.

"Tanner was suspended and Holbrook was fired. She's Tanners replacement until she comes back in like a week or so."

"Well ive gotta go Spencer is giving me this strange stare. Hope to see you soon..."

"Bye Emily."

I hung up the phone and put it back in my pocket then started tapping my feet anxiously, looking at all the walls. Then I began to think of a plan just in case the other girls hadn't thought of one.

I could pack up everything and stay with one of the girls.

I could stay in Spencer's barn if Melissa's not there.

I could  just tell mom to 'fuck off'  in the politest way possible.

How is mom going to react to everything?

My feet began tapping faster without me realizing. I put my elbows on the metal table then stood up and began to pace.

Breathe... Breathe... Breathe...

Now is not the time to panic. Breathe...

I sat myself back down in the uncomfortable chair and counted to ten. The door creaked open and Detective Fields came back in.

"You okay Alison?" she asked eyeing me

"Uh-huh" I said my voice sounding brittle

"You can wait out there if you want." Detective Fields said

"Okay. Thank you." I rushed out of the room inhaling a deep breathe.

Keep yourself together...

I went to sit at the chairs near the front desk when I saw Emily walk through the doors wearing Hanna's jacket and Spencer followed closely behind, and I suspected Hanna to come through the doors next. But they completely shut after Spencer.
