Let's Leave This Cursed Land!

No one except witches
And devils who sucks on human blood
Leaves her nails unclipped
And fix artificial eyelashes
Of tsetse fly's arms and legs
Or is it that of the spirits who possesses them?
The white women change their God-given lens
To deceive you all and themselves
To be an imaginary beauty.
They can not fool me
I won't be tricked!

My daughter called me blind
Truth be told,
They turned Lambimpe blind
Seeing things in west lands are untrue.
A place where people with two eyes
Are blind.
And those without sight see through hearts.
They are meant to see things designed for the eyes and not the heart.

And like notched cows and buffaloes
Pierced rings on their lips and ears.
And pins on their belly-bottons
And in their teeth and tongues
Nose-stamped
To copy the African culture
They overuse, abuse and misuse it!
And call us saveges,
Babarians!
They civilise our cultures to their inventions
Truly, Africans are robbed.

I was told this land was of milk and honey
But all I see is that of losers, fools and monkeys
How can one call a black man, ape?
Come on Labimpe!
Let's leave this cursed land!
