S: "tacitly wise 'both get in' I think we should stay near here until I workout the various depths. a useful thing about this water is that it clean you and heals you even without washing your self as long as the water is covering you, so so just hold your breath and go under as long as you want but don't do too many consecutive dunks. so we can both dunk then just sit together for a bit before bed."

an: (im thinking rather than have 0-100% of a level out of 100 I would just have it as %. 0 means your able to realise your learning it but cant really use it, well you can but not to usefully, then 1% means you can start a basic idea of training, 5% you can sense if something like it is being used and do it with less focus, 10% get a useful bonus for that compleation, 25% better understanding and more able to succesfully make sub skills to level with a boost from the main skill compleation, 50% cna teach others the skill in a unlockable way and pasivly do or control it, 100% no (within system and pesonal capabilitys) restrictions. all of this is still limited by personal power so a multidimentional dragonic god slaying entity with 5% can do better with it than the average post person with 95%) its more of a alterante ish concept. even if you are at 100% you can still level and learn new sub(x?) skills and subskills dont necceccerally go into the skills above such as soul having 3% but under that 3%+0%+7%[+0%+2%]
