Hades returned to the underworld and then went to his private office and checked the egg seed (for simplicity sake) then he declared "that's it once I write some decrees then 'closes eyes and resigned sigh' I'll be ready". he went to write his final decrees: "I, Hades 4th child of Chronos and Rea eldest of the 3 brothers, self assigned then accepted as the king of the underworld, but I have finished the creation to break free from fate and being puppeted to near all possible string's and a seed to build its own safety and happiness and freedom, so I am writing this final message to be conveyed that he will be given the power and authority that I possess without any of the restrictions as my acting prince of the underworld until he declares otherwise, I am putting the this realm and the special creations on lockdown, so to the 2 I tolerate the most goodbye and to the other good riddance."

He then gave the scroll to Nyx and said to "free all that I have not said to imprison after the lockdown and good bye lady Nyx, also this is a selfish request but can you aid him once he's grown and hatched and gai I know your listening so please spare him and his so good bye" he then took the seed and planted it in the center of this (relatively) private place and imbued all that he is into it and ceased to be as the seedling grew within an unknown time.
