As i scurry across the gym floor to play basketball, and keep on missing my throws. because of what happened last period. i dont suck! not only, but Ross ASKED ME, not the other way around. i wanted to brag about it but nah. that's not me.
"pay attention laura!!" our coach said in her natural british accent. she british yes. oh yea, PAY ATTENTION!!

im smart (not one sarcasm). rather die right now cause ross i watching me. he's on break. i glance at him but he's just laughing around with his friend. phew! when he laughs i realize how his beautiful beach blonde hair moves. im staring. i look away , but the coach blows the whistle. i get to bench nd sit next to ross and drink my water bottle. "laura? what happened out there?" he said curious. he caught me sucking at the game
"well i'm just distracted right now" he nods a little and smiles..then frowns "is it about the project?" he asks, i froze. i try to open my mouth but can't."if u dont wanna be partners its fine" i move closer to him and nod no, but nothing comes out of my mouth.
"ok your choice" he says unsure. phew! i wipe my sweat of my fore-head
im saved! thank god. i smile as ross goes back into his part of the game. hes awesome even if something distracted him, he'd still go on. like a star player...i wonder when the project starts or so?
i think im READY. proabably....
