Ace and Sabo: 13

Luffy: 8

Luffy wants to curl up and die. She hates this part of her life the most. She knew when their handler pricked her with the needle. She was in for a world of hurt and confusion. why?why?why? Did they have to touch her to know if it worked? she didn't like it. It wasn't like Ace's hidden hugs and cuddles and Sabo's quiet reading of books when she sat in his lap and his arms curled around her. It made her feel weird.

It wasn't painful at the start; it never was. She could almost feel herself get lost in not being able to think, everything becoming like thick soup in her head. Becoming so dizzy that she couldn't stand it. Feeling her toes and fingers go numb and heavy and just sinking. It was better than what came after.

The touching came after; their handler roamed his hands all over her, taking off her training clothes so the cane or whatever they picked to use that day would make skin-to-skin contact. Something always burned in between her legs after as well.

Great Age of Pirates, XX22

Ace and Sabo: 17

Luffy: 12

The first thing Luffy noticed when waking up was the vague swaying she was feeling. It was a lot more gentle than when she woke up from a night on a dingy, but there was no sway at all when she woke up at base or on a warship. The second thing she noticed was that she was not in pain. There was just a barely noticeable sting in her right arm and dryness in her throat. What had they done to earn this kind of medical treatment?

The third and fourth thing she became aware of coming simultaneously, different sounds and smells than she had heard or smelt before overwhelmed her sensitive nose and ears. It was all she could do not to let out a whine. She didn't want her brothers to get in trouble because she couldn't control her savage animal instincts.

The fifth thing she realized was she was wrapped in something, and it was soft and warm. Luffy snuggled into it. Sabo would really like it, he was always talking about how important for them to stay warm. She thought she heard a chuckle, but everything was still too hazy to tell.

Wait, where were Sabo and Ace. She couldn't smell them anywhere, and they weren't holding her. They were always holding her when she wasn't in solitary. Luffy's eyes flew wide open in a panic to come face to face with a medbay that she hadn't been to before and somebody who she recognized from her training. MARCO THE PHOENIX WHO IS THE FIRST MATE OF THE WHITEBEARD PIRATES. WHO HAD A FLEE ON SIGHT ORDER.

The steady hum of pain has accompanied Ace this past what he thinks is a couple of days. His shoulders felt like they were on fire, and not in a good way and tasting blood in his mouth is a near-constant companion.

In these past days, they had 4 different people come to his and Sabo's cell and those 4 people visited a total of seven times, that he counted. Sabo was still unconscious, out of the seven visits four were for bandage changes and a reapplying of the meds on Sabo's wounds. Why the hell they were healing Sabo's wounds he did not know and he did not like it.

Three times they brought water, and they didn't take the chains off and forcefully held open his jaw and shoved water down it. He was so very tempted to spit it out when the feeling of drowning happened but he didn't know when the next time it was possible to get water and just forced it down. He thinks the pirate who was watering him was hoping he would just spit it out. All the pirates were wound up. He couldn't mess up, not when they still had Luffy and Sabo needed treatment. He couldn't get them punished. So he sucked up the pain and discomfort and not a peep left his mouth. Not when they cursed him, Not when provoked him and most certainly not when they gave him water something he needed to survive.

Hunger just started grazing his insides now. He was trained to go weeks without food and still function at full capacity but during those times he still had his vitamins. What did the whitebeards even want from them? God is Luffy ok?
