Chapter 6

Avu: Shall we go and sleep?

Sid: Mujhe abhi neend nhi aa rahi waise. But it's okk. Tum so jaoo. Mujhe thodi der mein aa hi jayegi

Avu: Nhi it's okk. Why not we go on terrace?

Sid: Ya sure. Chalo

Avu: Okk then

They both went on terrace and sat down on swing. There was starry sky and it was looking beautiful. Fresh air was blowing. They were randomly talking about Sid's next project. Avu was eagerly listening to him and Sid was way too happy to spend time with his love as always.

Avu: Sid

She said looking at the stars.

Sid: Yes?

Avu: You know what Sid I also wish to go out and face challenges of this world. I also want to be independent. I want to stand on my feet. I know bhai loves me so much and can complete my every wish and he can go to any extent to give me every single happiness of world. But now I wish to be independent. I want to solve my problems myself

Sid was listening to her quitely.

Sid: I understand love. But Abhi. Wo kbhi nhi maanega

Avu: I know. I asked him if he can't allow me to be an actor and come across media, then let me be a writer at least. I will be at home and keep writing. This way I will be away from media as well. But he refused me straightaway

Avu sighed. Sid knew she was trying to hide her pain and how much she was hurt but it was evident from her voice. He pulled her in a hug and rubbed her back. Though she didn't love him but he was her best friend and she always found comfort whenever she was with him. She kept her head on his shoulder and his arm was wrapped around her.

Avu: You know from where I got this dream of being a writer?

Sid: Hmm?

Avu: There is a writer Vaishnavi Rao. I read a few books of hers and I became a great fan of hers. I also wish to write like her

She sat straight.

Avu: Umm if you don't mind can I share story of my fav book of hers?

She asked so excitedly and smiling like a kid that how could Sid refuse. So she told him the story. Sid admired her. He appreciated the story. They sat there for sometime then went to sleep.

Avu went in room and quickly took her phone to check Vaish's message and fortunately she was online. They talked for sometime.

Vaish: Next week I am a bit free. If you wish can we meet? Actually I wish to meet you since we started talking. I so want to meet you. If you are okk, we can decide time and place.

Avu thought for moment.

Avu: Can I let you know tomorrow?

Vaish: Ya sure why not.

Avu: Okk.

They continued their chat and then went to sleep.

Next day, Sid left early as he had to get ready for shoot as well. Avu decided to talk to Abhi and take permission to meet Vaish.

Avu: Bhai

Abhi: Hmm?

Avu: Wo actually mujhe na thoda kaam tha to bahar jaana hai

Abhi: Aesa kya kaam hai? Mein kar doonga na. Tu kyu faaltu mein tension le rahi

Avu: Nhi bhayia actually mujhe apne dosto ke saath bahar jaana hai

Abhi: Konse dost?

Avu: Wo actually college ke dost hai. Aap nhi jaante. To mein jaa aaoo?

Abhi: Okk. Kab jaana hai aur kaha?

Avu: Jana to issi week hai aur get together kind of hi hai. To thodi der ke lie hi jaana hai. Abhi decide nhi kia sab. Jaise hi ho jayega. Mein bata doongi

Abhi: Okk. Jab decide ho jaye. Tell me

Avu: Sure bhai

She said happily and hugged him.

Avu: Thank you so much. I love you bhai

Abhi: I love you too

Abhi left for his shoot. At night, Avu told Vaish that they can meet. They decided a place and time. Avu told Abhi next morning and he agreed and told her to just beware of media and take care.

Avu: Ya sure bhai

After two days Avu went to meet Vaish after getting hell lots of instructions from Abhi. Avu spotted her sitting on one of the VIP tables in cafe they decided to meet. Avu smiled and went towards her. Vaish saw her coming and stood. She excitedly smiled and hugged her. They settled down and talked about a lots of things. Avu was a bit reserved girl but she was feeling comfortable around Vaish and was trying to talk. Then they went to watch some movie in theater. They had lunch and clicked a lots of pics as memories. They bid bye and went to their homes.
